Return & Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on wax melts or other fragrance products once they have been shipped. Scent preference is subjective, and we are unable to offer refunds based on personal scent dislikes.


Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.


Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
